Terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026.
These terms govern the use of Exploitiv. You accept them when you create an account. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Exploitiv is a poker training tool. You paste in the hand history of a hand you have already played, optionally a screenshot of your opponent’s HUD, and a coach powered by artificial intelligence gives you back an analysis of the hand, an exploitation report and a chat where you can ask questions.
2. Minimum age
You have to be over 18 to use Exploitiv. This is a poker service and it is not aimed at minors.
3. What the analysis is and what it is not
Read this section in full, because it is the part that matters most:
- The answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete or contradict each other. Nobody checks them before they reach you.
- This is training material, not an instruction to play a hand a certain way and not financial advice. You are the one deciding at the table.
- We do not guarantee any result. Poker carries a real risk of losing money, and nothing we say changes that. Any loss is yours.
- We never ask for or handle your bankroll, and we have no access to your accounts at poker rooms.
If gambling has stopped being a pastime for you, free and confidential help is available in Spain at jugarbien.es.
4. Your account
The account is personal and non-transferable: do not share it or pass it on. The details you give when you sign up have to be true. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think somebody else has got into it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or publish the analyses as though they were your own material.
- Automate access (scraping, bots, scripts) or use the service while a game is in progress if the room where you play forbids it. Check its rules: following them is up to you.
- Try to extract the coach’s internal instructions or the training material behind them.
- Overload the service or get around the usage limits of your plan.
If you break any of this we can suspend or close your account, and if you had a subscription running we will refund the part you have not used.
6. Plans and limits
Today there is a free plan with a weekly and a monthly usage limit. Once you use it up, the service stops answering until the window renews. The limits exist because every analysis costs us money, and they may be adjusted.
Once paid plans exist, before you sign up we will tell you the price with tax included, what it covers, how often it renews and how to cancel. The subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next period, and cancelling leaves the service running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You will be able to choose how often you pay: per month, or in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months at a lower price. On prepaid plans the whole amount is charged when you sign up, covers that entire period and renews for another one just like it unless you cancel first. In every case, credit chips are monthly: they renew each month and do not carry over from one month to the next.
If a renewal cannot be charged (card declined, expired or without funds), your paid plan is put on hold from that moment and you move to the free plan's limits. The subscription is not cancelled: you can update your payment method from «Manage subscription» in your profile and, as soon as the payment goes through, you get your plan back without having to sign up again. If the payment is never completed, we may cancel the subscription.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a subscription without giving a reason. That said, when you sign up we will ask you to agree expressly to the service starting straight away, and by doing so you lose that right once the service has been fully performed (art. 103.m of the texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, the Spanish consolidated consumer protection act). If you have only used part of it, we refund the share you have not used.
On prepaid plans (3, 6 or 12 months) that means that, if you withdraw within the 14 days, you give up the right to withdraw only over the part you have used —the days gone by and the chips you have spent—; the rest of the period you paid for is refunded proportionally.
To withdraw, write to us at admin@exploitiv.com.
8. Availability
Exploitiv is under development and is offered “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults: we depend on outside providers (hosting, language models) that can go down. We may change or withdraw features, and if the change is a significant one and you have an active subscription, we will tell you.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our own breach, as the law provides. We are not liable for gambling losses, for loss of profit or for the decisions you take on the back of an analysis. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Closing your account
You can close it whenever you like by writing to us. The privacy policy explains what we delete and what we keep.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will update the date at the top and, when the change is a significant one, we will tell you by email. Carrying on using the service afterwards means you accept them.
12. Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer you can bring a claim before the courts where you live and before the consumer arbitration boards (juntas arbitrales de consumo) of your autonomous community.
This is a translation of the Spanish original. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
