What Exploitiv is

Exploitiv is a poker training tool: a coach powered by artificial intelligence that analyses hands you have already played and explains the strategy behind each decision.

We are not a gambling operator. We do not run games, we do not take bets, we do not handle any gambling payment and we have no connection with the rooms where you play. We are not an affiliate of any bookmaker either.

Using the site

Access is voluntary, and whoever uses the site takes on the responsibility of doing so within the law and within the terms of service. The contents are for training: they are not financial advice and they are not a recommendation to play for real money.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, the training material and the text the coach produces are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them for your own study, but not reproduce, resell or redistribute them without permission.

The content you upload (your hand histories and screenshots) stays yours. You give us permission to process it for the sole purpose of giving you the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

Exploitiv is under active development and is offered “as is”: it can fail, be unavailable or change without notice. The answers are generated by a language model and can contain mistakes. The decisions you take at the table are yours, and so is how they turn out.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to the courts where you live and to the consumer bodies of your autonomous community.
