A short call and whatever you already work with: notes, ranges, your own review criteria. Whatever you have counts, in whatever format you have it.

We shape the coach around your strategy, with your name on the front. It is not a generic chatbot wearing your logo: it answers with your criteria.

Feed it the hands your students bring you and compare its answer with yours. If it does not say what you would say, we tune it.

Only then do we talk about seats, price and timings. The pilot commits you to nothing, and any material you shared is returned or deleted.

What people usually ask before the call
What material do we need to get started?
Whatever you already have: PDFs, notes, scripted videos, your review templates. It does not need to be tidy or written for a machine; that part is on us. For the pilot, a representative sample is enough.
Does our material become yours?
No. The material stays the school's and is used only for the school's own coach. If the pilot does not go ahead, it is returned or deleted, whichever you prefer.
Where do the hands our students upload end up?
In our database (Neon, in the United States) and with the language model provider, which is what processes the text to produce the analysis. It is set out provider by provider in the privacy policy.
Do students need to install anything?
No. They come in through the browser with their own account. The hand is pasted as text, exactly as the tracker copies it, and the HUD is uploaded as a screenshot.
What if our format is not cash?
The coach that is live today works cash NL10–NL50. Any other format means building the material from your criteria, and that stretches the pilot: say so in the form and we will not quote you a timeline we cannot keep.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free. The price of the service depends on the number of seats and the volume of material, and we talk about it once you have seen the coach working with your own content.
